AI Voice Dispatch

Officers speak into patrol voice channels. The bot transcribes speech in real time, detects 10-codes, answers as a dispatcher, and keeps a live officer status board.

Free servers get part of this: the bot turns up when a 911 call comes in, reads it out, and leaves. Premium is what keeps it in the channel listening.

Patrol Hours

Counts how long each officer actually spends in your patrol voice channels, so you can see who is turning up and who has quietly stopped.

Free servers get part of this: every member can check their own hours, and the top 10 board over the last 7 days. Recording runs on every server from the start, so the history is already there if you upgrade later.

Blacklist System

Keep a ban list that works across the whole server. Anyone on it is stopped at verification, before they ever get a role or reach a channel, so a known troublemaker cannot simply rejoin on a new account and start again.

Common questions

Yes, and there is no time limit on it. The CAD, the web CAD, 911 calls read out in your patrol voice channel, patrol hours, verification, strikes, tickets and the economy are all free. Three features are partly free and get deeper with Premium: voice dispatch, patrol hours and the blacklist. Premium also adds the Priority Tracker, Applications and Blackjack and Roulette, and takes the caps off everything else. You can try all of it free for 7 days by running /premium and pressing the button.

The AI dispatcher that stays in your patrol channel, listens to your officers and answers out loud, with a live status board and 10-code handling. Free servers get the same bot turning up to read out 911 calls and leaving again. Full patrol hours: the 30 and 90 day views, every officer rather than a top 10, a board that posts itself weekly and a list of who has stopped turning up. The Priority Tracker. Go to the Dashboard, select your server, and find the Premium section on the overview page. Enter your key and click Activate. You can also run /activatepremium <key> directly in Discord. Need to move it? Use Transfer Key in the same section.

Yes. Run /activatetrial in your server, or press the button on any Premium feature, and you get 7 days with everything unlocked. No payment details, no voting, nothing to install. One trial per server.

Invite the bot, then run /setup in Discord. It shows you a full status dashboard and lets you jump straight to configuring any feature. You can also visit the Dashboard at roleplaymanager.xyz/dashboard to configure everything from your browser, no commands needed.

Make sure the bot has Administrator permission in your server. Slash commands can take a few minutes to propagate after the bot joins. If they still don't appear, try removing and re-adding the bot. Still stuck? Join the support server and we'll help you out.
