Frequently asked questions
Which features are only partly free?
Four of them. Voice dispatch: on the free plan the bot joins your patrol
channel, reads out a 911 call and leaves; Premium keeps it there listening and answering as a
dispatcher. Patrol hours: everyone gets their own hours and a top 10 board, and
recording runs on every server from the start, so the history is already there if you upgrade later;
Premium opens the 30 and 90 day views, the full roster, a weekly board and a list of who has stopped
turning up. Applications: free servers get 2 application types, Premium removes the limit. Blacklist: it is Premium now, but any server that already had it switched
on keeps it permanently at no cost.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Run
/premium in your server and press the button, and every Premium
feature turns on for 7 days. No card, no signup, one trial per server. When it ends nothing is
deleted: your characters, tickets, shop and settings all stay exactly where they are, and they
come straight back if you subscribe later.I already use the blacklist system. Do I lose it?
No. The blacklist became a Premium feature, but any server that already had it
switched on keeps it permanently at no cost. It only applies to servers turning it on for the
first time. Nothing was taken away from anyone already relying on it.
What are the free plan limits?
100 characters, 200 vehicles, 100 firearms, 100 shop items, 20 BOLOs, 5 civilian
jobs, 5 requestable roles, 5 ticket types, 2 application types, 5 sticky messages, 2 role income roles and a top 10
leaderboard. Premium removes all of them. If you are already over a limit you keep everything you
have set up, you just cannot add more without Premium.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including if you change your mind, forget to cancel, or the Service is discontinued. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What is the difference between the plans?
All paid plans include the same premium features. Monthly is $5/month on a recurring charge. 3-Month is $14 every 3 months, which saves $1 against monthly. Lifetime is a one-time $48.99 payment with no recurring charges ever. Monthly and 3-Month can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe will retry your payment automatically over several days. If all retries fail your subscription will be cancelled and premium access will end. You can update your payment method at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard.
Can I move my premium key to a different server?
Yes. One premium key covers one server at a time. You can transfer it from the dashboard at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel through the Premium section of your dashboard at any time. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Are premium features guaranteed forever?
No. Premium features are subject to change, modification, or removal at any time. You are purchasing access to current Premium features, not a guarantee of any specific feature in perpetuity.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.
