What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including if you change your mind, forget to cancel, or the Service is discontinued. See our

What does "lifetime" mean?
Lifetime means for as long as the RolePlayManager Service is operational. It does not guarantee any particular features, as features are always subject to change. If the Service is discontinued, no refund is provided.
Can I move my premium key to a different server?
Yes. One premium key covers one server at a time. You can transfer it from the dashboard at any time.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Cancel through the Premium section of your dashboard at any time. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Are premium features guaranteed forever?
No. Premium features are subject to change, modification, or removal at any time. You are purchasing access to current Premium features, not a guarantee of any specific feature in perpetuity.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe - we never see or store your card details.
